It’s relevant for a leader to better understand themselves and the impact they have, it’s a tool for team leaders to help understand and develop a place of work and behaviours in the team to impact performance, and it’s also an organisational tool to have dialogue about the culture and health of the whole organisation to impact behaviours and outcomes. Measuring it in this way enables a leader to manage outcomes.
